Depending on what you do with us, we process the following data:

• When you order: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, ordered products and payment status. If you choose pickup, also your chosen pickup day and time.
• With an account: name, email address, address and your order history.
• When you contact us or use a form: everything you enter yourself.
• Technical data: your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you visit.

We do not record more than is needed for the purposes listed below (data minimisation).

• Handling your order, payment, delivery or preparing it for pickup: performance of the contract.
• Administration, bookkeeping and taxes: legal obligation.
• Newsletter and marketing or tracking cookies: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Security, fraud prevention and improving our website and services: legitimate interest, which we weigh against your privacy.

We do not sell your data. We only share it where needed to perform our contract with you or where the law requires it. These are the parties involved:

• Mollie, to process your payment (for example iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact and Apple Pay).
• PostNL, to deliver your parcel and send track & trace updates. PostNL receives your name, address and contact details for this.
• Our hosting provider and email provider, to keep the webshop running and to send emails.
• Trustpilot, to display reviews and invite you to write one.
• Google, for website statistics.

We conclude a data processing agreement with parties that process data on our behalf. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Freshcoco.nl uses functional and analytical cookies. Functional cookies are needed to make the webshop work (such as your shopping cart) and do not require consent. For tracking or marketing cookies we ask for your consent in advance, as required by article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. You can always view, manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.

• Orders and invoices: seven years, because of the statutory tax retention obligation.
• Account data: for as long as your account exists.
• Data based on consent (such as the newsletter): until you withdraw your consent.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure. Traffic to our website runs over a secure connection (TLS/SSL) and only authorised persons have access to the data. If you suspect misuse or think your data is not properly protected, please let us know at service@freshcoco.nl.

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data. You can also object to the processing, ask for it to be restricted and have your data transferred (data portability). If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Send your request to service@freshcoco.nl. We respond as soon as possible and no later than within one month. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask for additional identification.

If you have a question about this statement, email service@freshcoco.nl. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

With your consent we send you a newsletter with news and offers. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we remove your data from the mailing list.

To see how visitors use our website and to improve it, we use a statistics service. We configure it in a privacy-friendly way and ask for your consent in advance where required.

Our website may contain embedded content from other parties, such as reviews or videos. These parties may place cookies through their own code. What they do with that data is beyond our control; please read their own privacy statements.

Our website is not intended for visitors under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you suspect we hold data of a minor, contact us at service@freshcoco.nl and we will delete it.

We may update this statement. The latest version is always available on freshcoco.nl; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
