Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Within the Netherlands shipping costs €5.99 per order and is free from €65. To Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany shipping costs €8.99 per order and is free from €80.
Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. As soon as your order ships, you receive a track & trace code by email.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling you have another 14 days to return the product.
For hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging.
Want to return an order? Please contact us first via the contact page and you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
After receiving and checking your return, we refund the purchase amount (including any original shipping costs) within 14 days via the payment method you used.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours via the contact page and include a photo if possible. We will resolve it as quickly as we can.
